This is Alliyah's second year playing softball. Shortly before sign-ups this year we asked her if she wanted to play again. She said, "I don't want to play anymore because my feet get to sweaty." OMG! What a girl, lOl! Luckily, she changed her mind ... I would've been sad if she didn't play!

She has really improved this year! Unlike last year she isn't drawing in the dirt and picking daisies most of the game! Haha!

She got the game ball after her game last week! She was very excited!

Her team name is Major Rockstars [so cute]! When coach yells 'major' all the girls scream, 'ROCKSTARS'!! That's what they are doing in this pix! She is number 10.

After the game the parents make a tunnel and all the girls run through.


She is really enjoying herself and I hope that she wants to play for many more years to come!

Damon & Justin's Speedway

The boys' room has been done for a while now, but I thought I would post some pictures because the girls' room will finally be done tomorrow [the second part to their bed just came in], so I'll be posting pictures of that very soon!!

I wanted to try and put a twist on a very common boy theme ... not sure if I totally accomplished that, but the boys seem to like it anyway! I still haven't been able to find a toddler sized solid colored comforted or quilt that I like for Damon's bed, so keep an eye out!!

Hodge Podge

I've totally been lagging in the blogging department! Thanks to one of my wonderful children, who tossed [or threw] a book at my brand new laptop and broke a few keys [including the always handy space bar], *cough, cough* Justin ... I've been uploading pixs on different computers! Luckily, the warranty is/was in full affect. By the way HP has some awesome service! They shipped me a box to send my laptop back to them in, I shipped it, they received it on April 20th, and I had it back to me on April 22nd [good as new]!!

We ordered Damon this totally cool cape! It has a spider on one side and on the other side it has a "D" for Damon! Depending on what super crime he is fighting he can be Spiderman or Super Daaamon! I'm surprised we've managed to leave the house without the cape, he LOVES it!



The kids had been playing in Damon's tent, and, well I guess Alliyah played a little too hard!



This month we've had some really crazy weather! It's been up to nearly 100 degrees and down to 68 degrees! While the hot weather lasted the kids took full advantage!

Damon got some bug catching tools from his Grandma for Easter! Damon & Alliyah have been on daily bug hunts ever since!

Exploratorium&Pier39

Yesterday morning Ray, the kids [including Miss Courtney], and I went to San Francisco! We haven't been to the newly renovated Exploratorium yet, so we thought we would check it out! It's pretty big! There is so much for the kids to see and do, really awesome! It was hard to keep track of them because no matter how many times we say, stay with us, they keep wanting to go to that really cool exhibit over there!
